After completing a detailed health, lifestyle, exercise and eating questionnaire, Rob will meet with you in person at your home (or location of your choice) or over the phone to highlight the most important area’s to help you reach your goals, and empower you with a plan for increasing metabolism, shedding fat, getting fit and looking and feeling great. A Personalized meal plan will be made for you incorporating your lifestyle food choices, the correct amount of calories, and correct percentages of macronutrients.
